About Us
Café Don Juan is a coffee shop that was founded in 2012 by Juan Pablo Torres, a young barista who dedicated years to serving and exemplifying the culture of good coffee through his barista craft.
Our first location was at Señorial Plaza Shopping Centre, where we focused on delivering the experience of quality coffee, desserts, and sandwiches.
Today, Café Don Juan is the largest 100% Puerto Rican-owned local coffee shop chain in Puerto Rico, with eleven (11) locations across the island: Señorial Plaza, Medical Sciences Campus, Centro Médico, Cupey, Plaza Rio Hondo, Plaza del Sol, Plaza Carolina, Hato Rey, Caguas, Santurce, and Montemar Plaza. We also have an out-of-state location in Winter Park, Florida. More than 80 full-time and part-time employees are part of our team.
With an elevated concept, Café Don Juan has evolved to offer customers an experience rooted in Specialty Coffee—coffee of excellence—combined with inspirational spaces that encourage sharing, conversation, and enjoying the moment with a great cup of coffee.
