Terms and Conditions

Merchant Identity. Café Don Juan is a coffee shop chain founded in 2012 by barista Juan Pablo Torres. It operates several branches in Puerto Rico and one in Winter Park, Florida, with headquarters at Local 4, 380 Calle Juan Calaf, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00928. The use of “we,” “our,” or “the Company” refers to Café Don Juan.

Scope. These terms govern the use of the site and purchases made. By using the site or making a purchase, you expressly accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Site Use. You must be over 18 years of age or have legal capacity to purchase. The information you provide must be truthful. The Company may cancel accounts or orders for misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

Products and Prices. Products (mainly roasted coffee and related items) are subject to availability and variable pricing. The description of typical coffees (Lares, Don Pello, and Aromas del Campo) may vary.

Purchase Process. You add products to the cart, provide shipping and payment details, review the order, and confirm. Confirmation constitutes an offer. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. The Company may reject orders due to lack of stock, incorrect data, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods. Credit and debit cards and other methods indicated during checkout are accepted. Payments are processed through secure providers; we do not store complete card details.

Shipping. Shipments to Puerto Rico and, subject to availability, the continental United States. Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site or products beyond what is permitted by law. The customer acknowledges that coffee is perishable and flavor may vary.

Intellectual Property. Content, trademarks, and photographs are owned by the Company or used with permission. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
